Cooking classes in Rome: “Hands-on Pasta” at Antica Osteria di Roma

The cooking class in Rome at Antica Osteria isn’t just a cooking lesson: it’s a dive into the taste, the gestures, and the words of tradition. Within the walls of our venue, Maria and Alessandra guide you through an afternoon where your hands get floured and smiles come naturally.

From hand-rolled fettuccine to stuffed ravioli, all the way to tiramisù made step by step—each moment is a small ritual of conviviality. And while the dough takes shape, the spritz goes up for a toast: because learning in Rome is an art but also a celebration.
“Hands-on Pasta,” a smile on your lips and a dish that tells stories: your story.

During our cooking class in Rome you will learn to:

Step 1

Prepare fresh fettuccine and artisan ravioli

Step 2

Create a classic tiramisù

Step 3

Make
an aperitif spritz, Roman style

Step 4

Cook and then eat together the pasta you made

And immediately after, we will eat together the hand-made pasta you prepared in our venue! And if there’s some left over? You take it home. That way the magic continues even afterwards.
